New Beginnings....

Jayme's young womens president said last night, "We can never go back and have a new beginning...but we can start now to change our endings".

I liked her quote so much!

I know that although we can't change the past, we can have a new beginning whenever we choose....and those new beginnings are what brings us our happy endings.

Jayme and I loved going to the church last night for the young womens program "New Beginnings". Jayme got to stand and share what the Beehive class is about.

There is a brand new young womens presidency just starting out and they are doing a wonderful job! We felt the spirit as they had the place all decorated and shared their excitement for working with these girls.

Their testimonies are sincere.

The bishop gave a beautiful talk at the end. His oldest child is one of the new young women that was being welcomed that night.

I love the gospel and all the programs that help us and our children come closer to christ and become who we are meant to become.

The General Young Women Presidency said, "We believe that one virtuous young woman, led by the Spirit, can change the world. As a Young Women general presidency, we have observed young women doing what they believe is right, standing as witnesses, living the gospel standards, and truly making a difference. It is amazing what one young woman can accomplish when she is virtuous, listens to the still, small voice of the Holy Ghost, and then acts!"

These are the four new girls that will be entering Young Womens soon. They were So excited to stand and be recognized. They were given a pretty pink flower each.

WE BELIEVE is the theme for the young women this year:

“We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things” (Articles of Faith 1:13).

Jayme has always brought so much happiness to us! We love her valient spirit and her kind heart. We love her beauty and her determination to do well in her life. It is truly a joy to be her parents!
